SUMMARY:

The literature on critical educational practices in the field of Administration still lacks studies that systematically articulate academic and empirical knowledge in knowledge construction, particularly when guided by participatory epistemologies and contexts of social innovation. Addressing this gap, the present research aims to analyze how the articulation between academic and empirical knowledge occurs in the context of the Specialization Course in Solidarity Economy, Social Innovation and Social Management (EESIGS/UFCA), under the perspective of knowledge co-production. This is a qualitative research, with a critical inspiration, informed by the action-research approach. Data will be produced through interviews, document analysis, questionnaires, and participant observation, and analyzed using thematic content analysis. Expected results include the identification of innovative pedagogical strategies, an understanding of mediation experiences between types of knowledge, and the appreciation of participants’ perceptions. The central contribution of the study lies in the systematization of a formative experience grounded in principles of social management, cognitive justice, and emancipatory transformation, offering theoretical and practical insights for renewing educational models in Administration and strengthening more democratic and territorially rooted pedagogical practices.
