SPIRITUALITY IN ORGANIZATIONS IN CONTEXTS OF DIVERSITY: Experiences and practices in medium and small businesses in the Crajubar Triangle

Spirituality in organizations has been consolidated as an emerging field of research in the field of administration, especially given the need to understand as values, meanings and spiritual practices are articulated in diverse work contexts. Despite the theoretical and methodological advances in the subject, there are still gaps regarding
analysis of spiritual and religious diversity in the work environment, especially in contexts. In this scenario, this research aims to understand how the organizational spirituality manifests and is managed in medium and small enterprises located in the Crajubar Triangle, in the Metropolitan Region of Cariri cultural and religious plurality. For this purpose, the study will be conducted in four stages: (a) carry out mapping on organizational spirituality, with attention to the approaches that address the spiritual and religious diversity; (b) selection of companies that express in their institutional documents ethical, subjective and relational dimensions; (c) understand the
aspects related to spirituality in the target organizations of the study; and (d) triangulation data collected through interviews, documents and observation. The research qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach, based on a case study about the phenomenon of organizational spirituality. It is hoped that the results will understanding of the relationships between spirituality and diversity in organizations, contributing to the strengthening of inclusive practices and well-being at work, as provide theoretical and practical inputs to the field of Administration.
