THE MAIN ADVANCES IMPLEMENTED IN THE CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS OF A JUNIOR ENTERPRISE

There is a lack of studies analyzing junior enterprises from the perspective of their problem-solving capabilities and their contributions to other companies and society. This research seeks to fill a gap in the literature by examining the strategic changes implemented and recommendations proposed by these enterprises. The overall objective of this study is to examine the strategies implemented in organizations following the diagnosis/intervention of a junior enterprise in accordance with Brasil Júnior's Entrepreneurial Pillars. Specifically, it had the following objectives: (i) to determine the extent to which the post-consulting business environment became more competitive; (ii) to assess the impact of the diagnoses suggested by the firm "Premium Consultoria" on organizations in the educational environment; (iii) to describe the level of ethical commitment following the consultancy work; (iv) to assess the extent to which the junior enterprise's work influenced the degree of collaboration within the organizations; and (v) to assess the promotion of diversity following the junior enterprise's diagnosis among its clients. The research methodology will be descriptive field research, with a quantitative approach. Data collection will involve documentary research and the administration of a structured questionnaire. Document analysis and descriptive statistics will be used for data analysis. The results of this research may assist other junior enterprises in developing their activities and planning managerial and operational strategies. It is expected that the data collected will enable a more in-depth analysis of the effects of the junior enterprise's intervention on the organizations served.
